Mossy Mind Syndrome poster updated
In honor of the International Outdoor Office Day 2025, we are publishing an updated version of the English-language Mossy Mind Syndrome poster. The purpose of the poster is to remind us all of the many well-being and health problems that come with being indoors and sitting still.

For the prevention of the Mossy Mind Syndrome we recommend
- At least 30 minutes of outdoor activity in natural environments per day (active commuting, walking meetings, telephone meetings and remote meetings on foot)
- Aim for 300 minutes of contact with nature per week (active commuting, outdoor office, walking meetings, remote meetings outdoors)
- a two-minute walk, stretching and/or strength training session every 30 minutes throughout the workday.
- reducing sitting to less than 300 minutes (5 hours) a day.
